His academic credentials include faculty positions at Northwestern University (school of engineering and Kellogg School of Management) and the department of computer science at The University of Chicago.
Dr. Yanilmaz also serves as a subject-matter expert at the Institute of Financial Markets (IFM) in Washington, D.C. The IFM is an affiliate of Futures Industry Association, the leading international trade organization for the futures, options and centrally cleared derivatives markets.
His expert witness experience covers disputes in financial markets, fintech, intellectual property, determination of reasonable royalties, violations of employment contracts. He prepared expert witness reports and rebuttals. He delivered depositions and testimonies.

Ali Batu - Strategic Partner, Houston
Mr. Batu focuses on implementation strategies of worldwide energy projects (with special focus onthe oil industry). For more than 30 years, Ali has had positions of increasing responsibility, including engineering and managment posts at Schlumberger and as the CEO at Nobel Oil Services.

Jan Teply - Strategic Partner
Mr. Teply brings a wealth of executive experience to Navus. He focuses on maximizing productivity & ROI through re-engineering & lean enterprise initiatives. Jan has successfully completed strategic assignments with established multinational firms as well as start-ups.
Notable projects have included those in: strategy, new market development, manufacturing, production, engineering & information technology. Jan also has a wide breadth of industrial & commercial competence. Prior positions include executive management and consultancy roles for the automotive, marine, heavy equipment manufacturing, advanced materials & aerospace industries.
Mr. Teply works out of Cincinnati & European offices. He has advanced degrees in both Advanced Materials & Statistics.
